Patients & Families

Your doctor has identified a treatment. We help you access it.

If you need a medicine not yet approved in India, Sowaka manages the entire access process — legally, safely, and through your treating physician.

Accessing medicine

Is this safe and legal?

Yes. Named Patient Programs are a CDSCO-recognised pathway for patients to legally access unlicensed medicines in India. Every order Sowaka manages is imported under a valid regulatory framework with complete documentation. Your treating physician oversees the entire clinical process.

How you access treatment through Sowaka

1
Talk to your doctor

Ask your oncologist or specialist whether Sowaka can help access the medicine you need.

2
Your doctor submits a request

The treating physician provides the clinical details. You do not need to do this yourself.

3
We handle everything else

Sowaka manages all regulatory paperwork, import logistics, and delivery. Your doctor will keep you updated throughout.

Patients cannot initiate requests directly. All requests must come from a licensed treating physician in India.
